你是否住在西貢? 本來我一心諗住仔仔入Abacus就唔多心想另一間學校, 但剛見到有BK媽咪, 講如果入讀Abacus入番CWBS的機會好細, 所以現在心大心細, 因我之前喺另外一個topic見有媽咪話,讀沙田的BOXHILL 入番CWBS的比率較高,
我現在再考慮九龍塘的CAIS但只有K3,之後再有由G1-G12, 我現在都唔知點算好, 你是否巳幫仔仔報了Abacus, 是否只要遞交報名表及留位費巳經接納入學?

我的女兒是讀Abacus入CWBS的, 她是千禧BB, 同時是龍年, 那年特別多小朋友升小學, 她有11位同學原本未有interview的機會, 其他幼稚園小朋友更加沒機會, (有兄姊除外). CWBS為了Abacus的小朋友, 居然在這年加多一班(共五班, 其他form只有四班). 直到今年才縮回四班.

The one you mentioned is HK Preschool and Playgroup Association. They're purely English-speaking schools and graduates normally go to international schools.

My kids go SAI KUNG preschool @ CHE KENG TUK for playgroup when he was 1 yrs old.
teacher are nice & not many local ppl. The kinder is @ morning class 5 days & playgroup are afternoon which only 2 days. over 95% graduates are go to international schools.
Cost is Nursey HK$23,210 per year (10 months) & HK$26,910 for Lower KG.

CWBS 是好學校, 環境和老師都好好, 學校鄰近科大, 每年Sports Day都在科大舉行. 女兒現在讀YR3, 她的同學大多是西人, 她很enjoy校園生活, 成績亦不錯, 我的兒子都在CWBS畢業, 現在KGV讀YR8, 不見有鬥有錢的情況, 畢境ESF schools不是香港有錢人讀的學校, 他有提過有印度同學很有錢, 但也很低調,反而兒子常常說學校注重環保, 他和同學們為慳電而不開冷氣,etc.

可以選擇住將軍澳, 交通方便, 有校巴到, 不少學生都住將軍澳.

All CWBS students will go straight to KGV unless you change your residential region or you are a new comer then you may need to go to other ESF schools.
Since it is too full at KGV, some new comers (come at P6) may be allocated a place in Island School or South Island School.
Anyway, all ESF primary students will have a place in ESF secondary school.

Sorry for the late reply due to I wasn't in HK. The only way to go is taxi or drive your self. They do not have school bus but there are some sui kung school route will take the job. The school is not very BIG, but very friendly + also had outdoor playgroup.
Anyhow, how is your trip on visiting?

Thanks for your reply.
I hv been to ppa on Tuesday morning. The environment there quite nice. It'd be a bit small to what I expected.
Basically, it's a nice kindergarten in Sai Kung.
I met Ms Clarie there, she is very helpful and she brought me to the classroom and explained the difference between each course.
I will apply for their Paint & Play group next month, should be started in coming Janurary.
BTW, during the visit, I met some kids back for K2 class, most of them are non-chinese. I just found one chinese in the class. Now, I am worry about my kid, would he be able to communicate with them? and the teachers?

u don't have afaird. When my first bb study there, last year, only 2 chinese in the class. The kids play all very well. There are over 4 kids even invited my BB for the birthday party which all of us had great time.
Clarie is very nice which I feel she is here to enjoy NOT working.
