Hello, my son will be their Year 1 student this August. Any current year 1 kids can share how is the volume of homework please? I have an impression that Harrow is quite focus also on academic so just wonder how it looks compared with the other IS.

By the way the class time looks long that according to school bus schedule, they will depart around 7am and be back to home after 4:30pm....

Reading :2 books per week according to their standard
Dictation: 15-20 vocabulary per week
Project: once every 1-2months
Other languages ( CHINESE / French/ Spanish ) : copy 5-10 vocabulary per week

The best of the school I can say is they have over 30 extracurricular subjects to choose in each semester. Students can choose 2 ECAs Academic/ sports/ art/ music they want. Normally, eca homework will be done in their classes.

Are the ECA included In the school fees or need to pay extra? Also is there any schoolbus pick up after the ECA? TIA
