漢鼎書院:
另一職員亦聲稱已在元朗及清水灣覓地，「到時校舍會很大，也會有宿舍。」她指內地學童也可申請，但其中一名家長要有香港身份證：「我也是一樣，家長先來，然後我再來讀書。」
現時寄宿方面，校方已有計劃，校長徐莉說過去的經驗令她心痛，「學生在深圳、香港兩邊走，如同空中飛人。又或者星期一至五在香港住，只由工人照顧。」於是他們將在九龍租用豪宅單位讓學生同住，月租萬三至萬六蚊，他們指家長亦可租用華懋於黃竹坑的如心南灣海景酒店作宿舍。

Chinese Academy isn't the one located in Wong Chuk Hang that the others are talking about.
It's in Causewaybay and principal is ex-ISF principal Ms Din.
That's why I'm wondering if it could be ISF competitor with its Vision n Mission.

商場學校亦唔一定好差，好似Harbour School，口碑唔錯。近年終於捱到有新校舍。
呢間聽落感覺一般，但都未開業，好難話佢一定唔掂...

Actually really dunno, just like ISF back then.
At that time, only kids who wasn't able to get a place in IS would go, but now ISF becomes one of the top Private schools now.

Not going to get into a debate of whether ISF is a top school and will set that aside. Way back when ISF was started, I doubt financial gain is high on the list of reasons. A school started by a tutorial center/university admission counseling center? What other reasons could there be other than for financial gain?
