Just got email! Accepted! Cannot believe it as she was crying and i needed to be with her the whole time... she spoke a lot though.

Amazed and thankful how ICS chose their students. They really paid an effort to get to know the kids, even the crying ones

They played with some toys (LEGO/ blocks), then the teacher started reading a story book about clouds. For kids who were crying, parents were asked to leave after the kids calmed down. But if the kids were still unable to separate, kids and parents would be asked to move to another room and have the group interview (I assume with other kids who cried when parents left) with parents.

We target ICS too and thinking if we should send our kid to PN.

I think it helps to send your kid to PN. They like independent kids and your kid will need to go into the interview room alone.
