KJS, BHS and CWBS all feed into KGV in order of priority. No ESF primary school in Tung Chung.

The secondary places are allocated according to the residential addresses of the students, NOT which primary schools they went.

It's rubbish.
There is no order of priority.
KGV is the biggest ESF secondary school and can accommodate all of the existing ESF primary students who live in its zone.

It can't. Some student this year, for example, are offered Island School. Those are students at CWBS mostly.
