Anyone got invited for a play interview in November? Would like to know what it will be like, can anyone share their experience?

I chose the 25th. I am wondering if the child is expected to say something since my boy is very quiet around strangers.

Same as my son. He may not able to speak to any stranger. That's why I don't have too much expectation to get the offer. Just try to see if we have any luck.

I will share the whole process after we finish on this Friday.

In some old posts, the moms say the interview is like a play date. Not sure if it'll be the same this year.

Just play date to meet the teachers, most will be accepted.

Finish interview today.
There are 6 kids & parents joining the interview for one section.
Same as what described as previous post. Kids can pick up the toys they like to play on small carpet.
Two teaches come around to talk to the parents & sometimes ask the kid simple question. They mainly talk to parents. My son didn't reply her but he sometimes talk to me. Seems that teacher was not too mind that he didn't feedback her.

Once they finished the conversation with all the candidates, there was story time. Everyone sitting in circle (parents & kids sitting together) & listen to the teacher to read book. She is very nice & generous. My son is the one who react & feedback in slow, she is willing to wait for him patiently. After that, she gave each of the kid a sticker, hug & say goodbye.

I'm not sure if my son is successful. But you will feel very comfortable in the whole process. I can be very sure that my son enjoy as well (I told him that this is the school party before going there).
