St. Paul 已經有結果 ~ 有沒有媽媽做了決定, 囡囡會返St. Clare's la!    在這結識下先啦!!

But we are still in between St. Clare and Kentville which I believe we will eventually choose St. Clare.  I'm a bit worry about the travelling time as we are live in Kowloon side......

係呀, 你地有冇睇新既幼稚園慨覽, 我昨天在看時, 發覺冬季校服及學習材料都唔平喎, 講真學費就真係便宜既, 但....

其實聖嘉勒校服最好,因為由幼稚園至中學都係一樣.因此買大小小,可以用幾年.

你好嗎?其實最緊要係學校好, 而其他的我真的沒有十分留意    因為我估間間學校都會差不多 ~  :wink:  :wink:

但現在令我擔心的問題又來了 ~ 因為我住北角, 就算坐校車都要45分鐘, 又唔知囡囡可唔可以適應?

其實你擔心都係正常的,當初我幫大女選校時,都考慮了很久,但由於家居附近沒有一間合適的學校,最後都係要安排女兒到他區上學,而我眼見這校差不多八成學生都係乘坐校車上學,人地小朋友都可以,相信我女都無問題.事實上真係好容易適應,你放心啦!
而上年學校更因應家長意見,更換了校車公司,所以家長們可以更放心安排女兒在這校上學.
當然家長都可自行安排坐褓姆車,不過記得,學生坐校車往返有任何問題,學校及家教會會跟進,但坐褓姆車則家長要自己負責啦!

My plan is, I will take my girl to MTR and let her take the school bus in Central.  In fact, I'm working in Admiralty and the school bus company said next year routing can only be fixed later.  I will try and ask if they can offer me a stop in Admiralty.  :)

我諗應該得!因為之前我已經打電話去校車公司(冠中)問, 在我屋企附近會唔會有站, 有位陳姑娘話我知, 要等所以學生confirm 所有地址, 就算之前沒有站, 如果有一位同學需要佢地都會做一個站   ~ 做唔做到現在未知, 但佢地比我覺得佢地係幾好的!

Hi,

I know all your daughters are accepted by St. Clares.  As not many BK mums talk about this kindergarten, can I know what will be asked in the interview? Is it competitive to get a seat? Are there any small girls enrolled in K1? What aspects attract you to select this kindergarten?

I've called the school last week asking about the final payment of the school fee, school uniform, school bus, etc.  The lady reply to me they will call again sometime next month, so, wait again!  Is you girl able to talk very well?  Does she able to tell you she would like to go toilet in advance?  Anymore dipper?  I'm a bit worry about my girl as she is still wearing dipper, in the morning playgroup, she is able to tell the teacher she wants to VV but at home, she rely on the dipper!!!!    She talks a lot and I can understand 80% but 40% is still babies talk!!!

囡囡已經介了片(睡覺要穿片), 現在上nursery都不用穿學習褲 ~ 而講野都ok la, 但有時囡囡講野只有我先明, 可能我同佢談話較多, 所以知囡囡講什麼

In fact, I was so impressed by their management members.   It is not easy for somebody to make a commitment to you for 16 years ( kinder + primary + secondary = 3 + 6 + 7), but during the last parents meeting, Mrs Alice Wong committed they will take good care of our girls in the next 16 years so we don't have to worry about them (of course, we need to do our part probably).    After the meeting, 我好似中了St Clare's 毒一樣, 已愛上它了! 學校雖然係舊&細了點，但有另一番味道!

你的女兒上學開心嗎？Some of my friends are graduated from St Clare's, all their English standard are very high......  According to Mrs Wong, starting from kindergarten the girls will have Putunghua class also, how often?
