Please help choosing pre-nursery - Tutor Time or Kingston?

I am choosing between Kingston's pm class and Tutor Time's am class for my daughter.

These 2 schools both offer English & Mandarin curriculum, low student-to-teacher ratio. Furthermore, the tuition fee is about the same($6,500/month).

Any comments as to how to choose between these two schools for my daughter?

my son is in TT playgroup now, and he will be in their K1 in August, for me, is so difficult to find half english and half mandarin for my kid, especially in TT. And i believe that is also a main reason why they're so expensive...
for me, i still will thin that is worth for the children if they want to have INTERNATIONAL environment to learn, my friend son was stuied in TT for past 4 years..so i think it won't bad for kids...
