到小學概覽找心儀小學的學校網址, 再到心儀小學網頁找尋中學派位結果, 不過有些學校是沒有對外公佈結果.

Yes, I also tried to find out in this way.  As you said, not every school provide the informaiton.  Some school provide 大大隻字,Maybe they think they have good result.  Some don't have.
