My son's writing is always bad, so I don't have pressure at all.  I think I need to teach him how to type instead...haha!

For 5 year old kids , they can write a lot of words and I think they are super-kids.  You may gvie some gift or present if their writing is good.  I saw my son's writing at school exam is so beauty and I ask him why.  He said Ms Poon told him the writing will send to the Head Master so he wrote carefully and beauty.

Little boys & girls like their parents said good and try better.  Dont shout & punish them all the time.  They just 5 as a bigger baby.  Needs our love and patiant.

When you hit them, they will hit other kids at school.
When you smile all the time, they will be happy all the time.   Negative words & thinkings is not good for a little child, we must give a lot of love & time to train you lovely boys and girls.

If his writting is bad, just say "try your best and I play with you after you finished"  If you got A grade, I will give you a present/ stickers.  Then parents can count 1 - 10 second to finish ten words, thant keep on counting 1 - 10 for the second round. Within 5-10 mins , they will finished their home work  Then play games with him.  I think it is a positive training and better than punishment.

It is because he didn't write every day.  Now they must write their name for the examination of P1 Private School.  My son's Chinese name got 37 "But-wa' so difffifult to write.... For english, they need to write their little resume : My name is ...., I am five years old, I am a boy ....I go to Kentville Kindergarten.  Father is a man and mother is a woman. I like......  Teacher will choice the best writing and stick on the wall soon.

i have no idea about St. Paul Boy's primary.
Is it good or not ?
What is the banding of its secondary ?
If u were me, which one will u choose between St.Paul Boys and La Salle ? Why ?
Please advise asap

Today , I went to St Paul Primary School , there are over 160 applicant in the morning.  A double than St. Paul Co-ed.  This boy's school is famous in HK and higher english standard and creative. ONLY allow to receive 5 pages of document.  The location is so far away Only Taxi can be arrived and the school quite old & small.

1st St Paul Co-ed, small group 25 students in cllass with 2 teachers
2nd St Paul Primary. small group 30 students in class
3rd  La salle  over 40 students in class with 1 teacher
Students always out of control.

Small class is my first choice because my son likes to ask many questions in class. If he can have more time to discuss with teacher one by one or in small group, it is prefect.

Which one are small class schools in HK?
