I believe the same. you can go to the USA website and click to other countries, then you will find their Singapore website selling the same VCD and Book sets.  
On the Singapore website, they have a page listed out the bookstores with address selling this sets...

Hi, just want to share my experience.   My baby started watching the starter video in Sept when he was 16 months old and after 1 week, he can already recognized all the words in the corresponding starter book.  I have been showing him the video according to the suggested schedule i.e. starter video for 1 month, Volume 1 for 2 months etc.  He is still watching Volume 1 at the moment but he can already recognize all the words in Book 1 and 2 and know their meanings.  I think this video really works and I wish I had bought it earlier for my baby.  
By the way, I orderd directly from the Infant Learning Company in the U.S. and it cost only US$125 including shipping.  I think not much of a difference from buying it in HK.

Hi, Shopgirl2004....i called the HK agent and they said the whole set cost $2000, including DVDs, books and work cards (they said the work cards is designed for HK and will be newly released in Dec in HK)... i think the work cards is more or less same as flash card....i think i will order from internet instead of ordering in HK becos of cost less......my bb is also 17 months and i think i should start it earlier...can u share w/ me more about this video?

I just brought one set from Nursing Assoication few days ago and started to watch the starter video yesterday. It cost HK$5xx for 5 DVDs without any books and work cards. My son is 22 months la, seems can't concentrate for too long. After watching for 2/3 of the program, he started to move around.
I didn't order from web or the HK agent because I think I won't con't to use the work cards. I had brought a set of Math Cards (a kind of flash card) for my son, but I alwasy forgot to flash for him. It's my problem. And I got other cards (small size like playing cards for adult) and phonics for my son to learn. So DVDs should good enough for me.

I THINK YOU SHOULD BUY FM Nursing Assoication, BECAUSE IT LOOKS CHEAP FOR 5 DVD, WE GOT THE SET FM CANADA IT COST ALMOST ONE THOUSAND W/FLASH CARD & FEW BOOKS.
