請問有無人讀過YMCA 4-6歲 JOLLY PHONICS 班?
Any  Comment? 我上網查看分 4 level , 但完成後好像沒有延續班, 但我想找長期讀的英文班. 有否介紹?
又phonics 是否只有 jolly phonics & letterland  兩種?
有何分別?  請幫忙指教?

Thank you for your information.

但因我未學過拼音, 英文又不太好, 剛看到女兒之phonics課本出自longman, 先教授A-Z之發音, 再會學at, an ap, ad ag, ig id, it, in, ip, ox, ot ......., 這些是否另外一種拼音?
如再學jolly phoncis 會否混亂? 請恕我愚昧. 謝謝幫忙!

My son also study in YMCA Phonics class in 6-10yrs.
He is Level II now, but will meet his 6 yrs birthday in September.   You can consider apply 6-10 yrs ( if u kid is 5) .  It have III Level and can continue when the kids meet 10yrs.

我正上綱找知料階段,
昨天買了 Jolly Phonic, 看了一次, my boy loves it.
And I am looking for Leapfrog play book too.
May be two weeks later I can share my experience.

I brought JP dvd at Swindon book store, Lock Road, T.S.T..
但個人覺得這些 Letters show on Computer Screen is not attractive enough, (即系視角上)
其它很滿意.

I try the JP songs CD last week.  
I found that I had learnt it before during my secondary school.  It is useful when I am student
But once you know more English words.  It is gradually not necessary.
So I think I can teach him at home.

同囝囝上左 3 堂(ymca phonics). 一堂學2個 letter sound e.g. s, a 同2個tricky sound e.g. I, The, No, Go, Me, We

會用故事及唱歌形式去加強小朋友對 letter sound 既認識.
e.g. ants 爬左上 annie 隻手上面,佢就用手撥開手上隻ants,annie 就會一路撥,一路大叫"呀""呀""呀"

上堂內容大概 -
- 介紹個 letter,先唱歌,後用大圖畫搵有關個 letter
- circle letter e.g. a (from e.g. ants, angry),
- 寫字
- 老師會埋黎叫小朋友讀 e.g. snake, spotty,sun,sit,sand
- 要小朋友用 tricky word 做句子

老師唔要小朋友認字 (word),要盡量令小朋友一個一個 letter sound 咁拼.

老師係外籍人士,i.e.印度,上堂全英語,不過有成10-12 pair 一班,相對價錢都唔算貴.
