Dear Lenglengma,
Do you know why ICS don't house kindergarten with elementary & secondary together in the new campus? They can save more money to rent a place.

I compared year 2001 California combined score with the result of ICS 2004 (written in their report):

ICS average score for the year 2004 is 1174.
If you check the greenes.com ranking...Troy high ranked #13 in the year of 2000 has the same combined score 1174 (same as ICS) with 88.87% percentile in California..meaning that they scores are higher than 88.87% of other high schools in California.
ALthough I couldn't compare them using the same year...but as you can tell, ICS's standard is quite good by looking at those figures.
My old high school in California ranked 200+...it wasn't a bad high school at all.  Being in the top 50 is hard, being #13 is not easy.  Think about how many high schools are in the state of California?!

Did anyone give you "home language survey" to fill out?  It is an additional piece of paper for you to complete for application.  It is so easy to complete.

. Right?
Maybe this form is different from ours. I submitted the application in June 2005 so the revision of the form is "Aug 2004". But now you use the form with revision of "Nov 2005". It seems that you need to fill in another additional form called "Home Language Survey". I think this form is so simple. You may spend 2 mins to finish it.
