ICT以往少人揀，源於課程落後，大學亦唔計算，但隨著電腦科目改革，大學亦越來越重視，相信未來會更多同學揀選呢科。

題外話，香港唔太重視科技人才，ICT比較落後出路亦麻麻，有心向呢行發展的話最好出國。

細囝剛畢業一年, 也在IT公司工作一年了.
整體, 所有身邊同事是CS畢業. 有剛畢業, 有好幾年資歷的.

就職市場, 十分熱鬧, 流動性很高.

因而, 公司為了留著人手, 都十分積極.

當然, 睇每個人的能力和表現.

如果, 有幾年經驗, 那競爭力較高. 市場需要, 也很大.

不過, 在教育層面, 我哋, 都注意"專業".

醫生/律師/醫護人員....特別吃香.

而, 科技人員, 比了下去.

所以, 但凡數理成績好的同學, 首選,必然是專業.

而剩下數理好的, 或是按個人職業興趣的. 比例唔多.

---

科技的層面, 其實也很廣.

銀行, 金融, IT, 企業, 政府/機構, 教育, 都"必定存在IT.  我們身邊也是.

最近, 剛跟堂兄/侄兒飲茶.
侄子在KongU 為教授們提供IT 管理, 知識和服務.
大學內, 並不是所有學系/所有教學人員擁有IT知識, 或是時間精神去處理, 學習和應用.

所以, 我話題便傾ChatGPT, 如何分享, 讓教授運用.
IT 人員需要給教授提供資訊, 開通渠道, 協調運作....

社會不斷改變.  很多關鍵, 都需要IT人員處理.

而IT人員除了本身IT知識, 還需配合各行各業的需要, 提供效益.

香港的確走了不少 IT 人才，而家唔少公司都請緊，工作機會亦算多，就以我公司為例(金融業)，過去時段IT部門走了超過一半同事，相信暫時市場上揾工尚算容易。

同意你所講，香港的確唔太重視 IT 人才，唔會覺得佢哋係專業，所以在學成績好嘅學生，普遍會揀醫生/律師/醫護呢類行業，"前"景及"錢"境都較有保障。電腦科技不被重視，香港嘅大學電腦科亦被睇低變成水泡科，反觀電腦學科響歐美國家屬神科，入學資格唔會比醫科低，出路同收入亦比香港更有保障。不過科技一日千里，有心響呢行發展就要有心理準備，要經常學習不斷 upgrade 自己，想入呢行嘅同學真的要考慮清楚。

到外國去競爭並不是適合每個小伙伴,更不是很高的成功率．只是,習以為常．在選擇的面前的理想分析．

每件事可能有很多面,也有很多層次．

網上有一些YouTubers 都介紹如果考進Google, 等先進科技公司．就算一個超級大的科技企業內,職位高低也有分別．

這種也是美國價值．進入体制．忽然成功．
當然,背後存在很好因素: 能力．知識．環境．機遇．……相互配合發揮作用．

……

香港的体制並不能去到國家級．
當然科技/IT水平可以怎樣？

……

要做最好．
選擇去外國是合程合理．

……

不過, 上月,去東莞探朋友,得知華為松山湖基地在附近(開車才知要走高速半小時)．在外面觀光一下,城堡,橋拱,小火車．

而一個多月前,華為出了: 天才招聘計劃．
吸引創科天才．再加專業培訓．
研究頂尖項目．

……

而香港IT的薪金增長率,去年,IT行業是最高．
相信未來持續幾年也如此 (當然,國內專才加入．供應增加．)

如果．除了醫護,一些專業之後．
IT的收入,升職機會,也不錯．

……

另一個問題．
就算係香港的大學修讀IT,
留港,英美,中國．
甚至新加坡,甚至到處跑．

也不錯．
適合自己便可!

其實香港電腦科收生要求及質素不低，因為都係在工程學院，所以不少家長學生誤會以為是水泡科。

就以港大工程學院為例，電腦跟土木工程吸納作為主修嘅差不多成績，真正水泡科我就不點明啦。

如果跟外國比較就要看香港公司1T部門主力做什麼工作，研發抑或後勤支援？自主研發抑或係外判？

很多香港公司的電腦部係以後勤為主，冇乜研發能力，跟不上技術需求，只可以外判。外判商同事可能會跟得貼新科技，不然的話，點會有生意合約。

人工加幅高係市場供求問題，能力原因，另一個原因係畢業生起薪點偏低。

最近連起薪點一向最低嘅會計師事務所都大幅提升起薪點，但入行嘅人數在減少中。

我想補充一點;-
考試, 入大學. 選擇以"全才"為首.

醫護/律師/專業, 收生是整體成績好.

但, 所謂整體成績好, 並不代表某一些科目有超高水平.

往往, 男生對數理能力較好, 興趣較濃. 無形中, 一些學生弱化了語文能力(成績).

就我細囝, 中一開學, 我只問了一句: 要是想做醫生/律師, 必須自始加強語文能力.

否則, 是是但但讀就得. 喜歡怎樣便怎樣? 中學/大學只是過程. 入社會工作, 自會產生工作能力.

在選修IT相关科目. 科目成績的表現. 並不是需要全面/全才.

曾經,有位台灣女KOL, 原本去美國讀醫, 後來, 聽人家說IT較"先進".
放棄讀醫, 改修IT.
畢業也可進入美國大形科技公司工作.
不過, 很明顯, 她的IT能力並不高. 因為, 是全才水平.
當進入專才模式. 思考能力並不足.

當然, 跑不出來. 所以, 她是全才, 便"分享" 和轉化成"知識網紅".

整個高中課程設計是四不像，偏文輕理，暗地裏就女生多於男生。

香港一向男生數理邏輯思維強，現在逼很多語文弱的學生化很多時間在中英文，及之前嘅通通唔識，相對較少時間在數理，M 1 M2的安排更是錯誤的決定。差不多整代在弱化中。現在才知道癩嘢，遲咗啦。

專才通才之前你另外有講過，當時忙，我冇回應你的睇法，我今次講講自己嘅睇法及做法。

自己從小知道兒子是數學資優，l Q成績唔錯是起點。CEO有幸接觸多元智能，我們就開始了解。到遇見臨床心理學家，她令我們開竅。

強項係要繼續，但弱項也不能讓它惡化，要進步到一個地步，不會拖跨強項。就等於web chart，在幾個多(emoji)多元智能方向都不會出現太差的情況。部份人認為是通才，也可以解讀為另類補底，心態不同，結果也不一樣。

香港大學收生冇辦法啦，一定求學只係求分數，正如你所講嘅高分入學，但主修可能係另一回事，特別係電腦及科技領域。勁果班在公開考試成績睇唔出都唔出奇，到爆seed，就係神嘅級別。阿仔所講，個腦唔知係乜嘢構造。

我没有用系统来描述教育，我只是讲学制。事实冇你讲到咁複杂。我只是强调重文轻理的錯誤学制。

我讲男生数理较强係泛指，不是讲top 1%。

我不会用淘宝／淘金，我认为是分流，如果分为三类，三类都应该有后逐培养，不是只照顾个别尖中尖。
