我去年都有這擔心，最後發現學校老師都是按自己過去的經驗去處理PG及reference letter, 因此海外和本地大學的offer均是預期之中。

有名嘅大學生學生非常之有心得，分數只係其中一個嘅因素，尤其係有面試嘅學校。

英國有面試。美國大學admissions唔會in學生，搵alum或外人見，無幾多個會寫死學生，除非個學生好離譜。
所以Oxford收生，相對係比較靠譜。

You don’t have a choice.You have a choice of in person interview or Skype interview. At least recently for Oxford.

Can you avoid a job interview and still get a job?  Probably not.

For US applications , you can choose not to sign up interviews. At the end of the day, those interviews for US applications are conducted by alumni in your region, I sense it’s more for marketing…

美國不太重視interview 嘅科e.g. 數學又如果學生本身係有啲socially awkward, 有講法係, 唔in好過

Ah, I was talking about oxbridge interviews.  US of course is different.

Exactly, especially for ib, it has already gone through the whole thing, from pg to co, and final result, following a bunch of standard test and toffle, interview in person sounds no longer critical. For sure, it depends on what you are applying...
for uk and hk, yeah, right, they re pretty much relying on interview to filter out the “wrong person”.

美國對interview的重視程度，係遠低英國和香港。

Such an awesome result! Praise to the students and the teachers! Learning from hk-schools.com, RCHK's average IB score this year is 38. As a non-selective school and a throughtrain IB school starting from PYP, the outstanding exam result has proven that the school has made a huge effort in providing an excellent learning environment.

HKU law, from memory the interview was a group interview. Whereas oxbridge interview each of everyone of the candidates 1:1.
