如果你講嘅covid pass  letter print from NHS website, 信件上有展示: 打針日期,打針批次,打咩針,邊度打,然後有兩個大QR code,仲有姓名,出生日期,如果系,應該係講呢張,可以上機, 如果有需要,PM我,俾個sample你望下

你好! 係呀! 我的 guardian 幫我仔申請緊一張 covid pass letter from NHS.  但她說1星期後才寄到 boarding house. 麻煩你 pm sample 給我看.  多謝你

1. original passport, BRP, HKID


2. flight confirmation
3. HK hotel confirmation (min 7 nights)
4. vaccine records HK & UK (keep NHS QR code).  Bring hard copies for both
5. test result 48 hours prior flight (I will use Randox PCR)
    - print PCR 檢測報告

7) CX decoration from 是在 online 填完後 印 hard copy or 印份 from 出黎手填？

8) CX fly ready 是online 填的.

降落後做應該都沒問題，但可能有太多事情處理。 Anyway 我估過海關前做好就可以。
