我早於2019 年尾經Oxf___ Royale 幫阿仔報咗 2020年7月嘅Cambridge Summer School, 交咗大約20% deposit, 但之後2020年爆發COVID pandemic, Summer School 取消咗，但Oxf___ Royale 嗰邊唔肯退 deposit. 只可以defer to 2021年。
咁都冇辦法啦，就defer 去2021年summer ，點知Oxf___ Royale 今年6月send 咗個e-mail嚟，話

We are writing to you to inform you that, regrettably and owing to insufficient demand, Oxford Royale Academy’s Cambridge Summer School will not take place in 2021.

但唔肯退錢，又叫我defer 2022年，
根據佢哋嘅terms and conditions , 佢哋自己開唔成，should refund to the student any course fee paid.

佢哋依家直頭唔覆我e-mail, 咁我可以點做？
有冇人可以幫到我

Get the money back thru small claim legal process

Can you email them and demand them to refund to you now?

Did they say anything about the deposit?

That's outrageous.

I e-mail them on 30/6/2021 demand them to refund the deposit, but they didn't reply me till now.
I apply through their official UK website, can get the refund from the small claim legal process in HK?
