I heard from my son Qantas Airlines announced the earliest time to resume international flights is July 2022, but all will change depending on the restrictions of the Australian government. U may take it as a reference only.

Yes, mid 2022 for the majority of the the international travelers, but not the people with special visa arrangements or Australian citizens.
My son is now in Australia, so I think he has more updated info from the airlines and the Australian govt. As I know, the govt has postponed the plan to open the borders again and again, so the airlines also follow to change and change their plan to resume their international flight schedule to normal.

Personally, I wonder whether the Australian govt will change their plan after the UK decided to take away all the covid restrictions.

即是 year 11/12 有 student visa 可以入境，但我唔可以陪佢 register & landing，個細佬要自己攪點？

若未滿18歲，家長可陪同入境，但要一齊申請豁免入境。僅記要學校 support letter

總理講左，至少70%澳洲居民打了疫苗才考慮開關，問題係澳洲唔夠輝瑞疫苗，而澳洲出產的阿斯利康只能提供五十歲以上人士接踵，五十歲以下要打輝瑞，相信有排都唔開關
