For terminal 2, it’s collected at the arrival hall. The staff there will tell you where to collect when you do the test. If not, your child can just ask and confirm.

不過機場test都有風險，我朋友個細佬係cx地勤，試過有人拎個postive result去叫佢改機票，嚇到佢彈後左幾步

test Centre 位置在 terminal 2 ground floor, after the test, results will be ready after about an hour and then email to you. You need go upstairs to the arrival floor where the collect point is located (just opposite to M&S) and collect the results.
