Yes, totally agreed.
We Hong Kong people are the most fortunate group, our blessings are countless and yet it blinds us sometimes because of that.
I saw some Hong Kong people being bullied and ill treated sometimes in uk, However, they didn't even argue or talk back, what a divide from their attitudes and behaviors in HK, I also witnessed a lot of anger and rage in HK, people shouted and screamed at others (in service industry).
However, they are silence in UK.
Hence, I think no one is silencing us in Hong Kong, on the contrary, some people are silence automatically if they are in UK.
Of course not everyone will shy away from problems in uk, ------------> but the funny thing is the most noisy ones in HK are often the most quiet ones in UK.
So karma it is.
I believe we should accommodate other people and try to be nice to each others, if bullying happens in school or society, we should face it with braveness and take the right action against it if possible.
If we do not want to be ill treated by others, then we should not do that to other people too. Only by teaching our kids love & braveness, we have hope in our future generations.
