不需要證明書。 現時政策如果香港直飛不用隔離， 如果從其他國家轉機或啟程， 就上nhs 個網查下或者問下航空公司該國要不要隔離， 隔離都好簡單， 一個地址（最好有booking confirmation 既證明）

arrival 時間前48 小時內填表。 條link 上面有。 裡面要填英國地址。 另外航空公司建議哪怕小朋友under age 最好都幫佢填定一份。 （ 網上本來說under age 可以跟父/母 表格） 。

入境時officer 會睇表格對名。 問簡單問題， 蓋印， 可以離開去攞行李.... thats all
