Yes, you have 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices in the kindergarten application. You can choose how many you fill in.

Above mentioned that all applying TC were given interview in past years.  Did this apply to those putting TC in 2nd or 3rd preference?

Yes, last year someone mentioned here they were offered a play visit at TC (which was their second choice, TY was their first choice).

But I don't think TC can interview and give offer to all who put TC in second choice( and not lucky enough to have play visit for 1st choice). It still depends on luck.

Yes I agree, and no one can predict this year's situation. If more people apply for TC thinking it's less competitive then naturally it becomes more competitive.
