Application for Form 1 Admission 2020-2021 Phase II

2020-2021中一入學申請 第二階段

Admission Period: 7-8 July 2020

申請日期 : 二零二零年七月七日至七月八日

Applicants may download the admission application formhere.

申請人可在此下載入學申請表格。

Applicants should submit the completed application form, together with the required documents and the admission fee ($50 in cash), to the School in person on 7-8 July 2020.

申請人須把已填妥之入學申請表格，連同所需文件及入學申請費用（現金港幣 50 元），於二零二零年七月七日至七月八日親身交回本校。

The required documents for application submission are: 

遞交申請所需文件為：

​A copy of applicant's HKID Card/Passport (If the HKID Card is not for permeant residents, a STAY PERMIT needs to be attached.) 

香港身份證／ 護照影印本 (非持有永久居民身份證者，需另附居留期限證明)

A copy of the "Admission Slip" (issued by EDB)

入學註冊證影印本 (由教育局發出)

Academic report cards for the past 3 years

過去三年的學術成績表

A student's photo

一張學生相片

All applicants will be invited for interviews upon submission of applications while 2020-21 Form 1 places are still available.

若2020-21中一名額未滿，所有申請人將於遞交表格後進行入學面試。

Successful applicants will be notified via telephone calls.

獲取錄之申請人將會收到電話通知。
