請問一下，小學已經出咗叩門所需遞交的資料，其中一項是:
Copy of documents- application form in discretionary stage and/or central allocation stage for primary one admission by the EDB
我的情況是，小朋友自行收生階段中獎，但我哋冇accept, 另外也沒有參加大抽獎，關於這項請問我們需要遞交什麼文件？謝謝答覆

你有直資、私立係手嗎？

如有，建議用直私嘅小一收生通知書代替。學校主要睇你囝囝係唔係適年入學。

叩門成功後先至去教育局派位組補做大抽獎文件。如果你有直資，而又去攪大抽獎文件，教育局會亂，到時麻煩！入

據我所知St Jo 係無form 我朋友都係無大抽獎 寫信加portfolio, 無交任何小一文件。係最終取錄時出世紙 去EDB搞返份小一註册証

應該唔係用嚟verify適齡，當年2nd in 見校長先帶去，係用嚟睇㨂過邊間學校嘅。

可能吧！
但重點在於樓主講緊嗰一份文件係 application 頭段嘅作用，而當冇時，可有乜嘢取代。

Those who are interested to apply for the remaining vacancies should submit the following documents to our school from 6th June, 2020 to 15th June, 2020:

a. Letter – the reason(s) for choosing St. Joseph’s Primary School should be stated

b. Copy of document(s) – Application Form in Discretionary Stage and/or Central Allocation Stage for POA by the EDB

c. Portfolio (a maximum of 5 single-sided A4 pages)

The portfolio could contain:

- family description, parents’ background
- extra-curricular activities of the child
- hobbies / interests of the child
- testimonials / commendations of the child
- reference letter(s) (if any)

(Please do not hand in CDs, clear folders,etc.)

Shortlisted 學生被call interview時要帶埋有相嘅幼稚園手冊同出生證明去verify身份。
