4 hrs學甚麼的？要寫？還是只認字？

其實我無跟貼佢中文學成點, 只知有課文, 要寫字, 填充題, 教材並不特別淺, 因為 nature 同 non-nature 會分開上課... 咁當然學校一定唔會谷~~

Yes, there's option to use either traditional or simplified Chinese for students who joined in previous years and for those students, traditional Chinese will continue to be provided until they graduate.

For Y1 native stream, both write and recognise Chinese characters. Also, form simple words with characters and have short daily life conversations in mandarin.

Is it easier for 2nd child to get into Harrow? How likely the sibling can get an offer too? I heard cases like brother was studying at Harrow but the little one couldn’t get the offer/waiting because he failed the interview.

Yes, you got priority if you have siblings studying there, but you still have to pass their language assessment first.

Thanks for your reply.
Is the language assessment interview difficult to pass? What would be tested for K1 enrollment? After all, the kids are just around 3yo by the time they are going for the interview, it’s hard to test their language ability, right?

Frankly I have no idea about K1 assessment as both my kids were enrolled at Y1. I believe it should be fine as long as they could understand simple instructions and recognize common words.
