如果阿仔到University of Toronto 讀書，在campus附近置業，買邊類物業好?

Downtown 的 house 較舊，價錢也貴。
Condo 啦，將來不自住也可租出去，唔憂租唔出。
最好近車站，為方便返學，離學校三四個 ttc 站也可以考慮，
看自己 budget 再選擇。

唔好比親戚揍，我有幾個朋友包括我自己都一樣無好結果，所以我2017到現在都做緊陪讀媽媽，因為一句相見好同住難，所以親戚幾親也沒有好結果，我為例，我比老公家姐照顧我仔，佢家姐拍心口照顧我仔，結果第一年已經趕佢走，因為一來相處唔到，二來小朋友曳少少丶成績唔好佢家姐成日趕佢走，自己生幾難都要照顧，人哋唔同你咁講，所以我2017放棄工作跑去做全職陪讀，現在我仔乖左成績好左

以我所知沒有UT直屬中學，任何一間中學只要乎合UT收生標準也可報考，每一間中學也派不同大學或college,如果你一定要考UT, 找名校中學入UT機會咪大囉，例如Markham 的名校有Markville secondary school 丶Unionville high school 丶Bur Oak Secondary school丶Pierre Trudeau high school 等等
你自己search 下Ontario high school ranking咪知道每間中學的排名

你們的 visitor visa 每次最多只可停留半年，咁多年來你們是

1)  每半年出入境一次 or
2) 申請 extend?

如果是 （1），短時間的出入境（eg 過一過美國）得嗎？
如果是 （2），extension 可連續批幾次？

我持特區護照及ETA, 每5、6個月去一次美國（陸路），之後給你6個月，出入美國移民局不難，我有三十年出入美國經驗，本身美國record很好，但入加拿大就好煩，因為佢見到我入左5、6個月都不返香港，以為我不肯走留在加拿大，2018/11月有一次問到口啞，仲問埋我仔，本身我仔是citizen(因為老公係自然小朋友會係），但我未係因為我未申請移民，加拿大移民局見我仔答得很firm所以我過到，那一次問到我暈左，雖然在車上答他，他沒有叫我入房詳細問已經叫好彩，有D人是要叫你落車入房問
第二年2019/8月，我是跟團一家人去美東，出入加拿大移民局就沒有問了

2020年我不再用陪讀媽媽身份，因為我已經申請到移民

去年2019聽聞2020/6月1日開始，美國丶加拿大陸路出入境全部通關，意思是你每次出入任何美國丶加拿大口岸，出入境紀錄全部有電腦紀錄，不再可以用陸路出入境

其實我哋嘅情況是剛相反：囝囡係美國公民，我唔係，心底正在想如果大學前佢哋要回美國升學可以怎樣安排，其中一個想法便是我做陪人，每五六個月我要過加拿大一次。但聽你咁講，真係要計埋我一旦出咗美國境而美國關員唔比我入返去的風險 (emoji)

無縫對接喎，即你每次出入境都在電腦上有紀錄，不再有陸路偷鷄位。
美國丶加拿大等入境都越來越嚴，入境睇個官心情啦！有時物都唔問唔睇，有時就問到暈。
我一年返香港一次，因為如果長期每5、6個月走陸路，個官見你成年都唔返原居地，仲會唔比你入境㗎

加拿大聽説是比以前嚴，但怎嚴佢 under Justin Trudeau 的主調都仍然係歡迎有能力的人移民，唔似美國 under Donald Trump ，防移民好似防賊咁
