有冇家長知道坊間SAT補習班的情況？明年五月考的話，要幾時開始準備？

My daughter took a review course in one of those centers, but they only taught her skills to approach questions  and printed out those mock tests on the web.   I think it was expensive and you could do on your own.  Should your kid is going to take SAT, please buy those SAT review books at bookstores and practice.    My daughter did all mock tests and helped her alot.   She got 1520 (Eng 720 and Math 800) in the first time.

Very good result !

So are you looking for agent to support for applying US universities or you do it buy your own ? Seems very complicated to do it and quite hard to ans those school specific questions.

Agreed with ednamode11.   
Should you wish your kid go to the US for college, please prepare the process at least 1 yr ahead of graduation.   

We didn't pay any service for those agents because they are expensive, some of them cost more than HK$150,000 for the package.  Therefore, we didn't to do on our own but learn a lot at the end.
It is very time consuming, your kid must be work hard for those SAT practice (Eng & Math) and willing to put effort on those college essays as different Universities require different essays.

Yes, Math II and Chem for subject tests as some colleges requirement.
