I received the email today said my son is in their waiting pool. I am wondering how big is the chance to get offer from the waiting pool?

19 Jan. But I think it doesn’t matter because I know people who was interviewed early March got offer last week

Chance is low, all will be in waiting pool when you meet all its requirements
