How can you choose the high school in UK, USA and Australia?

I will plan my boy to boarding schools in years 2020.  Now he is studying year 8 at international school.  What different in those 3 places?
How can I need to prepare as English exam?
Which agent is good?

US is a good choice. They have a lot of activities and extra student care. For exam, I would recommend taking IELTS since it's suitable for all countries. US has most of the top ranking schools in the world.
