選擇Harrow 定Esf除了價錢問题外,根本两所學校的文化,教學模式同學制完全不同。畢業出來的學生也有分別。 ...
I have a feeling that it is a bit exaggerated to talk about cultural difference between different high schools, especially when we are talking about schools in the same city. At the microscopic scale, we may even talk about the cultural difference between different houses in the same school, but is it something so important?
I am not too sure how many parents are so sufficiently (and correctly) informed that they could be able to use cultural difference as a criterion in choosing schools for their children.
When "School A vs School B" is a question of one's interest, then I will understand that (i) he or she got offers from both schools and (ii) both schools can meet his/her expectation in many but perhaps not the same aspects. When one asked specifically the teachers and facilities, then clearly he would like to compare the classroom teaching and learning, and of course results of the same public exam can fairly reflect the learning outcomes, but this key performance indicator is definitely restricted to one particular aspect only. I am afraid that cost effectiveness and other non-academic matters, though important or even crucial, may be irrelevant to this thread. However, I still thank you for your sharing.
