留意返每一科面試安排，在放榜前，聯招建議填「放榜前有機會面試」學科在前面
例如，浸大傳理，通明放榜後面試，你放榜前擺都無意思，但港大社工就有面試，所以放榜前擺就有用
咁當然都要睇意願，如果社工絕對不是目標，擺左有得見都無意思

放榜後再重排次序，到時又會再有interview

我自己現在及以前嘅公司都有咁做, 當然我唔可以代表所有僱主或HR, 尤其是fresh graduate, 要睇亦係情理之中，要睇佢較長嘅學習歴程及變化，當然我亦見過請新人連公開試成績都唔攞嚟睇嘅公司。

Be honest, it’s my first time to hear this.

I asked my son he graduated last years, he said none for all applications and interviews. One thing they checked about you are really graduated.

The supervising managers may ask which high school he attended.
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

我地係一身銅臭果種pro firm，全球最大果幾間

剛出嚟搵工，要大學成績公開試成績好正常，中學成績表就免啦。

不過，大學面試係要睇中學成績表嘅！ 仲會問你小朋友點解有幾日唔返學去咗邊。其實N年前，我自己大學面試，教授都有問我點解操行唔係A。所以，就算成績好好，係中學咪玩嘢呀。

Interview 喺一個讓大學教授更全面認識報讀學生的機會，如果校內某些科目成績特別出眾，當然有利於加印象分。

中學好多都有提供transcript，每科成绩以 grading 為主。
