請問有關visa 的 police registration

請問是否可先做police registration, 稍後才去學校取BRP 呢？因旅途不順路

我都想，但一定要有BRP先可以，問Agent學校是否有協助服務做登記，佢話就算沒有，仔16+應該自己處理到，要放手，這不是放唔放手問題，而系仔第一次人在異地， 換轉係我自己我都擔心啦!

Your biometric residence permit

If you haven’t collected your biometric residence permit(BRP) from the Post Office by the time you visit the OVRO, that’s OK. We can accept your Home Office letter approving your application for leave.

有 "Home office letter approving your application for leave" 嗎？

"application for leave" means "application for leave (許可) to enter or remain in the uk"

我只有一封係UK Visas & Immigration, Home Office 的信話批准入境英國 ‘when you arrive in the UK you will have permission to be in UK (known as Leave to Enter) as TIER 4 (CHILD) STUDENT from xx XXX 2018 to xx XXX 2020.  這是否Application for Leave?
