留意：申請英國學生簽證只需這些文件

在British Council 的講座中，聽到英國學生簽證的有關職員介紹，說到由於香港屬於 "Appendix H nationals"  ( 'differentiation arrangement' for 'low-risk applicants'), 所以持香港特區護照或BNO的申請人，申請英國學生簽證(Tier 4 General Visa) 的要求較簡單，只需以下的文件：

1. Passport/travel document
2. A copy of application checklist (downloadable upon completion of the online application)
3. CAS number (include in application form)
4. An ATAS certificate (if applicable)
5. A Tuberculosis certificate (if applicable)
6. Parental consent (if under 18), and the proof of relationship
7. Valid previous BRP card (if applicable)

亦即是說，不用交 Evidence of your qualification and English language ability as specified in the CAS, 亦不用交 Evidence of finance.

不用交財務證明了

我而家正準備申請Tier 4 General Student Visa, 有冇申請人跟呢個新政策做過呢？是否順利成功拎到簽證？
就呢個新政策，是否代表可以在表格Point Base System Appendix 8內的5.4項撰第2的答案呢？
問題5.4 Unless you are example under differentiation arrangements, you must send all of the original certificate(s) of qualification and/or original transcripts of results and/or references that are listed in the CAS. You must get this information from you Tier 4 sponsor.
答案1: Confirm you have done so if this applies to you.
答案2: Confirm evidence not required under guidance, but held by applicants.
是否現在要選答案2呢？我如果選答案2 再附上CAS 要求的一份evidence certificate 係咪安全些呢？定係多此一舉?

留意如果抽查到，會要求出示相關文件。

It is very important that as a low-risk applicant you still obtain the evidence of your qualifications and Evidence you meet the maintenance requirements, even though you do not need to send them. This is because the Home Office can request this evidence as part of its decision-making process and will refuse your application if you are unable to provide it by the given deadline.

我睇過king's college guideline. 佢話唔需要嘅文件最好唔交，因交左嘅文件如唔合要求，反而會唔簽visa比你。

It is important to note that if you are a Low Risk National and submit incorrect financial documents or evidence of qualifications, these will still be considered by UKVI and your application could be refused.

If you are a Low Risk National and wish to take part in the differentiation arrangements, we do not recommend that you send in any financial evidence or proof of qualifications.

申請時不用交財務證明，但e-statement不能做財務證明，要正式statement或銀行信等先得。

竟然 我看之前有d po在討論e-statement，仲以為會係d咩重要文件，甘應該點樣去整財務證明?對銀行d野唔係好清楚。

我剛8月2日去過屯門hsbc,我帶定自己print 嘅e statement 去要求蓋個official 印章，但hsbc 要我做正式填表做，等7天再去拎或郵寄給我，所以我準備好嘅e statement 都無用，不能即日搞掂！

對了，去hsbc弄正式statement需要什麼帶什麼資料嗎?是要我父親親自去嗎?

我未交，要等bank letter, 因為我今日再去過hsbc，我覺得出bank letter仲好，佢嘅bank letter 寫得清清楚楚, 合符申請的要求，包括我的港幣戶口金額直接以英鎊代替。你去銀行要求佢做份‘銀行證明信申請表’

如果做bank letter 要俾$300，表格要填銀行證明信抬頭人，我就係上次俾錯抬頭人，所以今天再做一份，又俾$300，我今次寫抬頭人給UK Visas and Immigration, 另外於特別指示欄內要求：Please state the lowest amount held over the previous 28 consecutive days.即是由10JUL 至 6AUG 共28天內的最低存款額

我都未决定到跟新政策唔洗交學校成績表和銀行證明好定抑或是照交好，因為我間英國的大學寫住在evidence 上列有的一定要交的，我其實只要交一張學校嘅diploma和一張bank letter, 所以我多數會交埋上去，但又想上到去再付錢給visa centre 覆查文件時再問問佢

我本來print 咗statement 去HSBC 加簽，去到佢話唔可以，但有個高層d的職員，話可以佢哋print 然後蓋印加簽, 去食完早餐返去攞。冇問題喎，visa 出咗。
