我估他是讲预备考试的过程，并非过去12年。他要在喇沙上课，怎能全在自修室？况且，在喇沙做书呆子，都不是易事，不被人排斥才怪。

Roger Federer日日烈日當空練波、成世人飲食非常檢點、從小開始人生只有球場、坐飛機、住酒店、生活非常自律......咁既生活，有何意義?

有人視打網球既成就為樂趣，有人視讀書既成就為樂趣，有乜問題?

完全絕對十分非常同意!!!
去到17, 18歲考DSE，一定係自發自願去溫書。如果係自發去做嘅，又點會冇意義呢？
有冇意義在於佢自己本人，旁人根本唔需要去評價

到咗中學根本再冇得再迫子女讀書，要有好成績一定係佢地本身自發喜歡讀書，從小學基本功做得夠堅實先至有咁嘅成就。

音樂家都係，李雲迪細個已經一日練8-10個鐘，四年級時已立志要做鋼琴家，想有收穫一定是有付出的。

我估佢意思係預備公開試呢幾年。

猶記得自己當年考CE、AL，也是日日夜夜閉關操練，暫停課外活動例如童軍，才能考上HKU。始終自己不是叻人，所以唯有將勤補挫。

上了大學，好多以前只識鋤書的同學，就會好似放監咁，積極地參加不同活動，開展人生意義。

The point is, what is the use of DSE? I think it is for the use to enter the university only. After that, you can forget about what you get fm the DSE.

However, there are other easy ways to enter into the universities. DSE is the hard way, and the kids sacrifice the childhood.

I’m curious why DSE is the harder way than the other curriculums to enter the university，particular in the subjects as medical dept and why would the kids sacrifice the childhood?

Perhaps those elite students found that the DSE curriculum is the most suitable and easiest way to themselves.

I remember one old program of 新聞透視 did say the short cut, and the short cut is very unfair to most of the HK students.
