It may means nothing to you. But the admission officers read thousands applications each year, they know the difference.

Bear in mind that all applicants to those top top universities are all with very high IB score (or equivalent) and the acceptance rate is less than 10%, any minimal difference counts.

今年香港至少有31個IB狀元........ IBDP狀元量化寬鬆乎?

咁攪法呢, 過幾年IBDP考得差少少 (唔夠40分), 想留係本地3大升學既機會都可能會好低

還記得初為父母時，對孩子的期望嗎？我當時只想他/她平平安安，健健康康。
隨著時光飛逝，人的期望慢慢變了，變得越來越有要求。所以要經常提醒自己：毋忘初心！

邏輯不正確，如果評分標準寬鬆或嚴謹適用於所有考生，比不上人的不論用什麼標準仍然比不上人。

美國大學可能係，所以如考美國大學選chi b HL可能会再選3科HL, total 4 HL, 香港同英國未見到有分別

係

不過從DBS既DSE明顯反映到，top student唔多，學生差異較明顯

4+得6x%，連觀塘男校聖言也不如，5+有34%，又可比得上SJC

Normally total score first, then HL subject choices and scores. Bilingual diploma should be way down the priority list. perhaps except certain language intensive courses.

The more bizzare a thing is, the less mysterious it proves to be.
