我認為有兩個原因，diversity 是你指出的一個，另一個是收唔夠 audit associates.

小兒的Big4 顧問服務，一年才收20人左右，audit 則收200-250。所以不少 audit associates 是非會計畢業或主修。

另一原因是人工太低，14,500 而已！

而且后生一輩傾向 work life balance，而不是有上班時間，冇下班時間！

係。

阿仔幾個 offers 之中 Big 4 最奀，但學嘢亦可能是最多，你知我不是講 audit.

就算今年大幅加人工，還是落後其他工種！要兩年才勉強追到！

Agreed, 我都覺得真得去起碼應該捱三四年貨仔，一两年就走徙咗law.

我覺得整個行業 OT 過多，是不正常的。

做醫生，護士都是厭惡性，但人工高好多。現在人工好低，工時長，高重覆性，流失率高是十分正常的。

Equity partner 欏大舊都合理的。

我近幾個月嘗試去了解這個行業，我都覺得幾冇與時並進，唔知食老本可以食幾耐呢？

你講開果間 Big 4 用Al，我就打開包花生觀望啦。阿仔做過QA Intern，見到 RM 兩個禮拜都Upload 唔到個客嘅資料，IT 都好弱，support 唔到，點玩Al？

OT 不嬲都多，我記得做细時成日好夜返，我老豆(佢以經係好勤力同好commit to work ...

我識朋友以前做細，底薪係低，但加埋 OT 多兩三倍，現在什麼都Cut ，俾會計老闆算完度完，邊有得你著數。你識算人，人又算你，都公平㗎，結果中層果班最慘情，唔夠 junior ，自己都要做基層嘢！

我冇講埋結尾，最後是兩個本地大學非電腦系的 summer intern 用了三個鐘頭搞掂。我都好奇問佢哋點識，佢哋話响 Google 搵解決方法，試咗幾次就搞掂咗！

一般来说，公会及专业团体鼓励CPD，其中不全是专业相关，照计无理由对科技咁弱㗎！

有网友提醒我话明年开始考各级CFA，要考埋金融科技、Al，的发展，我都有些担心阿仔掂唔掂，佢都話是轻程嘢，齋吹水，冇乜 technical ，平时留意吓就得，我都奇怪，信住先！

咁 CPA 都应该考 FinTech，Al 之些相关内容了，预备失业抑或进入新领域，是现实问题还是哲学问题？

你說的課程到實際應用，是否有等同的效果。阿仔講大學學的跟他現正工作的有一段頗大距離，反而最重要的是學得快，指在網上自學，而不是靠上司的指點。

我唔會咁分，最初UST 就好似你咁分，結果係 top 嘅去了HKU 及CUHK，現在神科會獨立成科，唔跟BBA了。

我同意暑期實習的好處，但我反而不贊成就 Intern 工作有限經驗選及後的 electives。

首先，intern 工作是好皮毛，唔係影帝影后叫執到，唔多前瞻性及高層次的工作。

其次，會計都是傳統及保守行業，缺乏前瞻性，而且社會及世界轉變急速，如何部署畢業后進修及學得快更有用。

再者，你列出不少 electives，是所謂 fintech，係時興的，但最重要的是法規點監管，不單單是HKMA點睇，還有其他中央銀行點睇！當然可以知道一些基本嘢，到畢業時，可能已經變了。

我自己覺得都是按興趣選科較穏妥。

我當然知道，我都有去本港多間大學分享及教technology entrepreneurship and innovation，中大是比較多，但在校學生又吸收到幾多呢？

部分你列出的課程，阿仔的 QFin 是必修課，但出到去是另一個世界，所以他專注某些 streams，而工作又適合他的強項，及考專業試的範圍就最理想！

畢業後大半年過去，反而最有用的是 Maths, 特別是 Calculus ；Excel 及幾種 coding 方法。
