I think you will never know the real figure as there are some many Hong Kong ppls holding dual nationality.  So do you count those holding dual nationality as Hong Kong ppls?

每間學校都有 "本港居民" vs "外藉學生" 的數據，你可以看看學校網頁有否公怖，如果冇，可以向學校要求取資料。
但這只反映學生 "國藉" 。
本地中人孩子，不少有外國護照 ( 我仔女只有有外國護照，沒有特區護照，身分證也沒有星星 ) 。
另一方面，亦有外國人取得了香港永久居住權，有香港身分證。
我估你主要想知學校學生會否英文水平高。
這樣說，其實在例如 HKIS CDNIS ESF 等較西化的國際學校，即使是華人學生，英語也會是 first language 。
而一些較本地化的國際學校，即使學校是 EMI ，但學生一般是以中文為 first language。

上學校網頁睇吓photo gallery都大約知道外國人和本地人佔多少。

好多香港人或大陸人都有外國護照，所以其實學校提供的數據未必答到你問題。如果着眼係族裔，咁school tour或者放學係學校門口等吓就大致有idea。

The government has reports on all IS regarding local and non-local students in each IS. Look it up. I saw it few years ago and forgot the link already.

耀中(小學部)係有國際學校牌照既
