I guess HA has official guidelines for all clusters.

Official adult age is 18 in HK, 17 sounds more reasonable.

好同意！就算家長真係干預唔到老師，都可以做個聆聽者，情緒係要宣洩下，不過好多家長或者專家成日話家長出手就係怪獸就係直升機，其實所謂插手係睇你點做，客觀分析比多個意見亦可增加兩代對事物既睇法！我成日都同我女講公司啲激氣野，佢都一樣幫唔到我解決問題，但佢就知我工作上有咩事發生！

唔知係唔係間間醫院，科科也會有所不同。只知，有小兒外科case，因個病是由出生已開始睇小兒外科，所以到廿幾歲要入院再做手術，也是入小兒外科病房的。

Understand, not your fault, just amazed.

All HA hospitals are accredited, I wonder the definition of speciality and age group should be well defined and consistent among clusters.
