Hong Kong u牙醫 non-jupas 每年大約收十個左右 ( usually not more than 20% of total place), 競爭十分激烈因為位少,

今年好似收咗四個 ib , 有兩個係ib狀元.

You can choose up to 3 curriculum and please place them in order or priority. Once your submitted the application, you will not able to change the choice of curriculum. Your application will be considered by all faculties on a parallel basis. However, some faculties have preference to applicants who put their programmes as the first choice. [hku non-jupas application guideline]

Thanks for your reply.
If the first choice is medicine and followed by other curriculum being the 2nd and 3rd choice. Will the acceptance of the offers from the 2nd and 3rd choice put the chance of obtaining an offer from HKU at risk?

Theoretically an applicant can accept multiple offers, but will there be any chance that other programmes won't give any offer to a potential medical student in avoidance of their places to be tied up?

有報醫科的，港大其他科都唔會有消息了，其他科要靠其他院校了。

其實這樣做港大的想法是怎樣呢？真係唔明！可否賜教？謝謝！
最後公開試成績出來，總有一些學生的成績入不了醫學院但入其他學系是卓卓有餘的，怎辦？

我的經驗是要看PG及面試，如果PG高，面試好，港大醫學院是會死揸不放的，所以第一志願不放棄，不會去第二第三志願！

如果醫學院放手，才會有第二或第三志願的 offer ！

除非最近改了。

都不一定，小兒就讀QFin。

只是不少學校老師教第二三志願跟醫療相關學科，我們一直不認同，不應討好醫學院，而勉強讀其他醫療相關科系。

non jupas 佔學位% 已經唔多，如果PG 又係醫學院嘅入門邊緣人，到醫學院放得手，會唔會option 2,3 已經冇位呢？

係。

所以選擇港大醫學院，你就要小心考慮其他兩大的選科策略，亦正因爲港大的做法，多些NJ 學生去中大醫學院，他們覺得被尊重及公平！

當然不少學生及家長以HKU的 Med 為終極目標，如果不是一根筋的人，為什麼要被人牽住鼻走！
