CDNIS Pre Reception 2018/2019 call waiting

We interviewed and now in the waiting list.  We'd like to know:

1. For those who have received an offer this year, when is the deadline to confirm the place?
2. For parents who had experience with call waiting in previous years, around which months will the call waiting start/end?  Was your kid a Canadian passport holder?  How many days do you have to consider the offer since the School calls you?

2. We got call waiting offer around March last year for Reception, no Canadian passport, the admin literally want us to confirm the same day, say within 2 hours. But my hubby was on business trip, hence, they gave me extra day upon my husband return.
