能選擇的不是只限制Medical school.

I understand the lists are not limited to medical schools.The point is that it is ridiculously not difficult nowadays to get place in a UK school for one year study if it is sort of self-financed one.

The cost is around $500000 a year, I don’t think it is that easy to afford.

I’m not from CU medic nor have any relationship with it. Just doing some research for future use.For GPS, my understanding is that students get attachment in abroad on summer vacations, and it is free of charge. As for the gap year abroad, I’m not sure if they pay local fee or overseas fee, be it overseas fee, it should be covered by scholarships.

Any insiders pls correct me if I’m wrong.

Really surprised to read through the chain.  Your comments are so biased, but yet you have no ideas of cu medic program at all,  you will mislead the other members here!  Those who are interested to learn more about the different medical programs really need to read carefully along the lines!
Actually you are not the first one biased against HKU medical program, there are a few here in EK too, including one who regarded himself a very senior member,  they always make use of every opportunity to spread some negative feedbacks here & mislead others.

Anyway, I'm a parent of HKU medical student, my child will pick the intercalated program oversea.,  we are well aware of the fees in advance, which is not the figures quoted by you.   In fact, we encourage my child to go overseas to learn different culture & ways of learning.  My child compares, selects and arranges everything alone, s/he is very excited about the opportunity & will receive a degree after 1 year.  There are also other exchange programs, master programs or intercalated programs which HKU school fees will be covered, this may fit the needs of different students and family situation.

Hope this will provide additional clarification about the HKU medical program.

睇番Master of Public Health 的 Curriculumrequirement: The minimumcredit unit requirement for the Master of Public Health is 69.
Each course has 3 units.

即是要讀23個科目! 而且每科課程都唔似易! 怎可能用一年去完成?? 目前已有多少丁友確定會去讀?

這些都是Top U. 自費都值得去交流. 可能最後有 scholarship.

Yes. it is a good opportunity to study at overseas top universities. Do the overseas universities guarantee to grant a degree for only one year study? How many courses does the student need to take?
