For part 1 of running the standard test, it will give points for each question and will quantify the result into details. Say, the kid has language delay for 6 months, big muscle delay for 3 months etc.
For the part 2, the pediatric or clinical psychologist will use their experience to give diagnosis if the kid suffers from ASD, ADHD or whatever. I don't really agree part 2. There are standard tests for each symptom which can give diagnosis very accurately and also quantify the result. But by using experience, there can be mis-diagnosis for borderline cases.
