Culture in CIS

Hi, does anyone know about the culture in CIS (secondary section)?  Is it true that most students are from mega rich families?  Can kids from middle class families survive at all?  Is the drug problem serious there?

Of course middle class can survive, they accept quite some middle class local schools at secondary section. They have an extra class and quite some will leave before Hangzhou boarding. No need to deify the school. Of course there are super rich but heard they just play by themselves.

Thanks for your response.  How about the learning environment?  Are most students serious about their studies?  Or is it a laid-back atmosphere generally?  Is the drug problem serious there?
