my children are finishing IB program in public school there and only paying CAD100 per month. you should send your child there and the quality is very good.

you are paying local fee. International students are paying CAD14,000 in Toronto Public School Board.

in BC because of parent not paying taxes at all so your child is considered as non-resident. Not in Ontario

in BC you have to consider as resident first. In other provinces Canadian Citizen/ PRs are paying local.

The Guardian can be anyone and no need to live in the same house. anyone below 18 is needed before they can register in the school.

should go asap and the upcoming challenge is meetingTOEFL/IELTS, if you don't have four years of English schooling in Canada (i.e. Ontario). Also Grade 12 English is more difficult than the DSE level in HK.
