No 雜費. You only need to pay for the books & teaching materials and school uniforms which are all at reasonable price.
Have school activities like autumn picnic and Christmas functions etc. It is voluntary to join. Not too many activities but good enough lor.
For your last question, which month is your boy? Whether let him be small B or big B depends on the kid but I would generally recommend them to be big b, better for their development especially for boys.
In Harts/HKPS, may be PN and K1 still okay. But the syllabus will get harder in K2 because they need to prepare the kids for primary so may be a little bit difficult for small Bs. After school opens, may be you can also talk to the teachers or even the principal. They can give you advice.
