K3 小朋友直資/自選全落空，請問IS 插班

That's even more impossible.  Maybe the best is for you to speak to KIS to see if you get the seat back.  

Otherwise consider new school such as shrewsbery.

K3 現在可申請的插班是Y1
如要申請Y2,要等下學年先可入紙申請

Same situation as you. If you don't mind location, you may try visit Spanish Primary School located at Tai Po.
