Just left the open day, A level requirement for Engineering is AAA including Phy and Math, if taking four subjects.

城大的計法亦不是簡單計best 5 / best 6
每科都有不同weighting
同様不可以同其他大學直接比較分數
每間大學按各自考量表達收生分數並無不可，最重要是學生得到所需資料

Someone said the cap is 25%, 66 is 28%.

It means after press release, still the same 28%.

In fact your comments are very biased towards HKU while often protective towards CU, this doesn't fair at all.
If HKU admission is based on best 6, and they present data in this way, what's wrong with this presentation method, why you comment "manipulate the data"? It's so biased.

Why keep on changing presentation method?

Only one outcome, looks higher admission scores. Am I correct ?

I may be biased against medical schools not universities.

If admission criteria changed, of course they need to change the presentation format so as to provide a better picture for students reference. Think it’s an enhancement while the admission information is very clear in the admission booklet in fact!
