樓主用最佳六科 35，牙科要求是 4C+2X，通常最佳六科高過 4C+2X，如果轉回  4C+2X，好大機會是低於 35，如果   4C+2X median and lower quartile 都是35，換句話說，35分都收唔唒，最佳六科35分機會自然較細！
