你要明白会計師樓老細是会計師，計數叻，有D会認為公司提供培訓，你才有機会成為專業人士，应多謝公司，特別大行真唔憂無人申請。

不知會計師樓有無機會上市，把管理和擁有者分開。到時，管理層可能更能平衡股東和員工的利益，解決超時工作和入行低薪的問題。

Even Big 4 can't recruit enough associates in auditing, less and less graduates to second and third tiers.

Accounting firms based on cheap labour to make money, if second or third tiers can't hired enough staff, difficult to get more jobs ....... my wild guess.

請唔夠人所以 existing staff 做到死，流失率高，有公司 partner with law firm 攪單身party, 又有cooking class, yoga class etc, 但長時間不停OT, 仲要考專業試，未必個個捱到。有些國家地區细公司已無需聘用会計師 audit the financial statements, 香港有討論過，但未有跟隨，如果執行，好多细行可以執得。

AO我有不同看法，我織三個都只有個好好的學士學位，沒有一個有碩士。其中一個轉正，將會政府保送去英國讀碩士！

哈哈，橫掂請唔到人，啱哂成日吹 Al 的網友，正好用電腦取代人手！你估得唔得呢？

我現在先知道，如果不是會計畢業，要上幾個星期 conversion course，但上堂期間，是沒有人工的

。行業自己做成的惡性循環，留唔到人！

只係考試的要求，通常係應考的人俾錢。

新制無conversion course，而第一次的考試是2019年6月。

My son sit for CRE, Chinese and English, both are level 2. Not that difficult.

The tricky part is aptitude test, Basic Law test is book work with a bit of common sense.
