想插入EFS Grade 8 是否很難？例如Shatin School 要NR？

NR是給你一個考試的機會，特別是無任何priority的學生；但不代表一定即刻收。

If you are a NR holder, you are put on the interview list if there is spot available , after ESF staff and siblings. It won't increase your chance if you do not pass their entrance test.
I knew a few kids from traditional local schools, some pass and some do not.
The entrance test is not easy. If you are applying 18/19 year 8, the school may call you for interview around march to may or after.

應該唔難，2016/17 year 7 有空位，學期尾又有人走。不過今年成績好，可能會有多些人插班

插班Year 8不容易的，而且Term 1不會有很多人退學，可能要等到聖誕後或者Year 9應該有機會。如果申請NR也不一定立刻有學位，但有優先interview機會！所以視乎情況是否很急吧！

小朋友讀Local school5年級，想轉IB，仲有一年才升中，時間夠嗎？是否可不用NR去等，而且網上說有些等好耐，想小朋友快的適應IB課程，當然仲有interview要過！不知難不難？

小朋友是今年升小六？他已經miss咗Year 7的Central Application，你應該盡快報General Application排waitlist等Year 8插班。

不過STC Year 8還不是IB課程喎，到Year 12-13才是 IB Diploma
